# Terms of Use for RentWiser

Effective Date: 2024/08/26

### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RentWiser app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

### 2. User Responsibilities

As a user of RentWiser, you agree to the following:

- **Eligibility:** You must be a landlord or tenant to use the app. Agents and intermediaries are strictly prohibited.
- **Accuracy:** You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including property listings and personal details, is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Prohibited Conduct:** You agree not to post fake listings, engage in fraudulent activities, solicit other users, or use the app for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

### 3. Account Management

- **Account Creation:** Users must create an account to access certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- **Flagging and Termination:** Users may flag accounts for review if they believe the account violates community guidelines. RentWiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not adhere to our terms or guidelines.

### 4. Content Ownership

All content submitted or created by users within the app remains the property of RentWiser. By submitting content, you grant RentWiser a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.

### 5. Intellectual Property

The RentWiser app, including its design, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by RentWiser and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use.

### 6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

### 7. Changes to Terms

RentWiser reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and we will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
